It is really i do not execpt for you kruthigan, A justice department should not mind the feature effects for its judgement. What ever can happen in feature but to have good judgement department it has to stand in facts only. if any things happens in the feature, The govt has to take steps to prevent it, it is the duty of govt. If taking your points into consider, it is as govt has not that much potential to prevent the atracity of the gangs. If is it true? then why govt? Why court?
