Phototography

I have a current Flickr project called Project Twenty-Nine, where I’m chronicling the last year of my 20s in camera phone pictures. Occasionally, I do a wrap up in Life Lately In Pictures section of Blunt Delivery or post pictures from photo shoots I’ve done

I took up photography two years ago, and at first I wanted to shove myself off a short cliff. This may seem like a drastic measure, but I assure you it made perfect sense to my frustrated mind. Finally, after teaching myself how to use my first DSLR and the world’s most complicated program for a normal person to learn – Photoshop, I can tell you that it was a long, lonesome road. A dark time in my life I will not easily forget due to the tear-stained desk I sit at every day.

But when I finally got the hang of it, I discovered it is pretty incredible to have a hobby that allows you to provide creative memories for friends and family – not to mention the way it inevitably changes how you view everyday life.
